Ivan Malygin is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and initiatives across various companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Hashgraph since January 2023, Ivan previously held the same title at Nirvana Money, where leadership of the Credit Team involved assessing creditworthiness, adjusting credit lines, and credit monitoring. Ivan also contributed significantly at Ripple, where leadership of a large initiative required detailed design documentation and cross-team coordination. With a strong foundation in Java and advanced technologies such as Spring Boot and AWS, Ivan has held roles at GroundTruth, Guidewire Software, Spotware, Deutsche Bank, Diasoft, Softage, and SWsoft, showcasing a consistent track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
