Victor de Barros Melo has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and analytics. In 2019, they started as a Performance Marketing Intern at Hurb, where they played a key role in coordinating sales campaigns and executing growth strategies on various channels. Victor also created Hurb's official Telegram channel. In 2020, they became a Metasearch Analyst, responsible for tracking KPIs, managing P&L, and building relationships with partners. In 2021, they joined Hashdex as a Growth Marketing professional.
Victor de Barros Melo began their education in 2009 at Colégio Pedro II, where they completed their Ensino Fundamental. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca, where they pursued Ensino Técnico in Tecnologia em Construção de EdifÃcios. Victor then went on to the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bacharelado em Engenharia in Engenharia de Produção.
In addition to their formal education, Victor has also earned additional certifications. In June 2021, they completed the course Introduction to Blockchain for Financial Services, offered by Coursera. Furthermore, in September 2022, they obtained the SBOS - Foundations and applications of Web3 certification, provided by SoftBank Group Corp.
