Leonardo Burlá's work experience begins in 2005 when they joined RiskControl as a Manager. Leonardo held this role until February 2010. Following this, they joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in February 2010 and stayed with the company until July 2019. In November 2019, they began working at NCH Capital as the Operations Chief and held this position until June 2021. Currently, Leonardo Burlá is working as an Operations Manager at Hashdex since June 2021.

Leonardo Burlá obtained a Master's degree in Finanças e Economia from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Before pursuing their Master's, Leonardo completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engenharia Industrial at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2006.
