Orlando Del Aguila is a highly experienced software engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Linktree since September 2024. As the founder of Hash Labs since February 2015, Orlando has created a digital agency focused on connecting clients with senior engineers globally. Previous roles include significant contributions at Cameo, where Orlando held various senior engineering positions from August 2021 to August 2024, including developing the self-serve experience for Cameo For Business and stabilizing the Represent platform post-acquisition. Other experiences include leadership at UserCentric and Debt Collective, as well as advisory roles with Wobe Indonesia, contributing to fintech solutions.
