Tehdi (Teddi) H. is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Haselden Construction since January 2022, Tehdi manages the full recruitment cycle for multiple divisions within the company. Previous positions include Sr. HR & Recruiting Specialist at ESCO Construction Company, where responsibility included supervising the HR & Benefits Coordinator and partnering with hiring managers, and Recruiter at RK, providing comprehensive recruitment support across the organization. Tehdi also has experience as a Recruiting Specialist at Elevation Staffing and served as an Assistant Cheer Coach at Ralston Valley Senior High School. Tehdi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado.
