Previously, Megan held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, providing strategic business partnerships across various global teams and departments. Prior to Hasbro, Megan worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting a large organization in complex HR matters. Early career positions at Morgan Stanley and Bowne included progressive advancements within human resources, covering various functions from analytics to project coordination. Megan holds a BA in Hispanic Studies and Government from Hamilton College.
