John Serna is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and engineering roles across several industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Hasa Pool Inc. since February 2019, John focuses on enhancing engineering processes and contributing to the company's growth. Prior to this position, John held the role of Principal Engineer at Cosmetic Laboratories of America, leading the development of production capabilities for numerous products and overseeing significant production line installations. Earlier career achievements include engineering roles at Alberto Culver / Cosmetic Labs of America and Baxter BioScience, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiencies, system reliability, and production capacities. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, obtained in 2005.
