Niels Christensen, ICD.D, CLHMS, IRES, has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Niels began their career in 1975 as a Police Officer with the Toronto Police Service, where they served for 11 years. In 1986, they joined RE/MAX Professionals Inc. as a Broker, holding various additional certifications and titles throughout their tenure. In 1995, they transitioned to the Ontario Securities Commission, where they served as a Senior Manager in the Investigations and Enforcement Branch until 1999. After that, Christensen worked as the Managing Director for Newfound Property International in Canada from 2005 to 2007. In 2017, they joined Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd. as the Broker and Managing Director of the Christensen Real Estate Group. Additionally, in 2019, Christensen was appointed as a Director on the Board of Directors for MPAC and became the Chair of the Governance and HR Committee.

Niels Christensen, ICD.D, CLHMS, IRES attended the Ontario Police College in 1976, where they obtained a Diploma in Law Enforcement. In 1980, they pursued further education at George Brown College, earning a Diploma in Real Estate. Recently, in 2019-2020, Niels Christensen enrolled in the ICD-Rotman, Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
