Robert Madden has over 30 years of work experience, starting in the U.S. Army as an Operations Supervisor NCOIC and Personnel Supervisor NCOIC. Robert then transitioned to the Florida Army National Guard as a Personnel Supervisor NCOIC. Madden also served as a Los Angeles Branch Agent for the MEBA, managing logistics and job orders for the organization. Currently, Madden is working as a Chief Engineer for Harvey Gulf International Marine, where they are responsible for engine room personnel and maintaining the ship in class with ABS.
