Previously, MJ held multiple roles at the Irvine Company, achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and occupancy rates across large multi-building properties. MJ's career began with administrative roles, including Operations Director and Office Manager at Harambee Kinship Center, and Operations Specialist at Bank of America, demonstrating a strong background in administrative functions and financial management. MJ holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Counseling from San Francisco State University.
