Eric Kao's work experience includes various roles in finance and operations. Eric started their career as a Summer Analyst at Madison Park Group in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Spring Analyst at BCMS North America and as a Summer Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB. From 2018 to 2020, Eric worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Crédit Agricole CIB. In 2021, they joined DoorDash as an Associate in Finance & Strategy and worked until 2022. Currently, Eric is working as a Manager in Finance & Operations at Harvest, starting from April 2023.

Eric Kao obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, completing their education from 2014 to 2017.
