We’re seeking a data champion to lead our Insights practice, developing our team, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evolve our understanding of our customers, product experience, and business performance. In parallel, the Insights Manager will drive improvements to access, reliability, and clarity of existing reporting, while evolving tools and processes to increase operational effectiveness.
At Harvest, our compensation consists of three main components:
15 days of vacation in your first year, plus company holidays and a week off for winter break; and you’ll get an additional two days per year until you reach 20 days
