Dana McKenzie serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Harver since July 2022, previously holding the position of Director of Talent Strategy and Acquisition. Prior to this role, Dana spent over 17 years at Seville Search as Managing Director, leading a retained executive search firm. Dana's career also includes experiences at The Coca-Cola Company as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Korn Ferry as a Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice, and in account management roles at Fountainhead Advertising and Fogarty & Klein, Inc. Dana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
