Chris Allred is a Data Scientist at Harver, where predictive models of employee behavior are built and evaluated to enhance accuracy and fairness. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Senior People Science Analyst and Data Analyst at Outmatch (now Harver), conducting various studies to optimize solutions. Chris has a strong research background, having worked as a Research Assistant at The Science House and in various research roles at different organizations. Chris holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, along with an MA in the same field from East Carolina University and a BA in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
