Lidia Klochan is an experienced HR professional who currently holds the position of HRD at UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO. Prior to this, Lidia has held HR Director roles at HarvEast Holding, Adams Development Group, and a HR position at Group NORD. Lidia has pursued various educational endeavors, including completing an Executive MBA from MIM-Kyiv Business School and attending programs at IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Erickson Coaching International, and Donetsk State University of Management.
