Santiago Calderon is currently involved with BuyXR in a collaborations role since August 2023 and serves as an Associate and Analyst with Harvard College Consulting Group since September 2022, where collaborative efforts include modeling cost impact for a leading insurance firm and conducting competitor analysis. Santiago is also a Debate and Tryouts Coach at Potomac Debate Academy and previously held positions such as Sejong Korea Scholar at the Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education and Public Policy Research Intern at Guyana Budget and Policy Institute. Additionally, Santiago was the Lead Debate Instructor and Curriculum Director at Platinum Debate and participated as a China Scholar in a Stanford fellowship program. Santiago is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Economics at Harvard University, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Lake Highland Preparatory School in 2022.
