Lillie Cooper is currently a Private Equity Summer Analyst at HarbourVest Partners, having begun this role in June 2024. Lillie has a strong background in consulting, serving as both an Associate and Analyst with the Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group since January 2022, where significant contributions included developing marketing strategies for a grocery delivery client. Additionally, Lillie's experience includes an externship with Analysis Group and a Business Development Internship at OneUnited Bank, the largest Black-owned bank in the U.S. Lillie's earlier roles include a Seasonal Sales Associate position at Victoria's Secret and an Editor at The Phillipian, where management of a team of writers was highlighted. Lillie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Harvard University, focusing on Economics, Mathematics, and Chinese, following a high school diploma from Phillips Academy.
