Yutong Zhang is a Research Analyst at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, having previously served as a Research Assistant at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. In that role, Yutong created analysis plans, applied statistical methods for foodborne outbreak studies, and conducted comprehensive literature reviews across multiple continents. Yutong has also worked as a Nutrition Intervention Specialist at The Open Door, coordinating nutrition programs and analyzing health outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as a Food Scientist at Buddy's Kitchen, where Yutong managed product specifications and sensory evaluations. Yutong holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences and an MBA from Iowa State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the same institution.
