Steven Giraldo is currently a Growing Future Leader Intern at Boston Consulting Group since June 2024. Since August 2022, Steven has served as Chief of Staff for the Harvard International Relations Council, participated as a delegate for Harvard's Intercollegiate Model United Nations team, and held the position of Assistant Director of the Harvard Model United Nations Conference. Additionally, Steven is the Advocacy Chair at Harvard Primus, a writer for The Harvard Crimson Editorial Board, an analyst for Harvard Consulting on Business and the Environment, and an undergraduate intern and interpreter for the PAIR Project. Prior experience includes working as a barista at Starbucks from April 2021 to August 2022. Steven is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies at Harvard University, expected to graduate in May 2026, and has studied at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and participated in a dual enrollment program at Miami Beach Senior High School, achieving an International Baccalaureate and Superintendents Diploma of Distinction.
