Todd Barber is an experienced project manager and founder of Summit Human Performance Solutions, LLC, specializing in learning and development initiatives since June 2017. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning since June 2021, Todd excels in L&D project management, instructional design, change management, and strategic initiative implementation. Previously, Todd held senior leadership roles at Miller Heiman Group from 2002 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing custom product development and strategic performance improvement initiatives. Todd's consulting experience began at Accenture from 1997 to 2002, focusing on human performance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design and a Bachelor's degree in Performance Management from Florida State University.
