Adam Carlile has worked in the finance industry for over a decade. In 2010, they began working as a High Frequency Trading at Deutsche Bank. In 2016, they moved to Voltaire Capital, where they continued their work in High Frequency Trading. In 2019, they founded Westridge Markets. In 2020, they became a Partner at OX1 Research. In 2021, they founded Haruko and currently serves as the CTO.

Adam Carlile attended the Repton School from 2002 to 2007, and then went on to the University of Warwick, where they obtained an MEng 1st Class (Hons) in Electronic and Computer Engineering from 2007 to 2011.
