Joe has served in roles as a Senior Director Regulatory & Quality, Regulatory Scientist, Vice President Compliance, Regulatory & Development, Director Regulatory Affairs, Vice President Regulatory & Development, Director Regulatory, and Regulatory. Their career spans over three decades, starting in 1990.

Joe Conti has a strong educational background in the field of Biology. Joe earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science from St Peter's College between the years 1970 and 1974. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Biology from Seton Hall University, studying from 1975 to 1978. Further expanding their knowledge, Joe went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, completing their studies from 1978 to 1981.
