Douglas Kipper is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the glass and building materials industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Operations Manager at Hartung Glass Industries since January 2021, Douglas previously held the role of Operations Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, managing a large facility with multiple tempering furnaces and cutting lines. Before that, Douglas managed operations at Cristacurva LLC and served as Plant Manager at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, overseeing the production of various glass products. Douglas began a successful entrepreneurial venture as the owner of Kipper's Klippers, focusing on property maintenance, and earlier gained project management experience at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. Educationally, Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northwestern State University, completed between 2013 and 2015.
