Whalen Kuller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in business transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, crowdfunding, and securities offerings. Currently a Partner at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP since February 2016, Kuller advises clients on corporate governance, business entity formation, and various contractual agreements. Prior roles include Of Counsel at James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP, where Kuller chaired the Corporate + Transactional Practice Group, and experience at notable law firms such as Jones Day and Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP. Kuller also contributed to academia as a part-time faculty member at Georgia Perimeter College.
