Rashed Ahmed has extensive work experience in the financial industry. From 2008 to the present, they have worked at Hartford Investment Management as a Manager and Assistant Vice President. In this role, they have provided leadership and direction for information gathering and reporting, interacted with various teams across the organization, and led the Middle Office reporting team.

Prior to that, from 2000 to 2008, Rashed worked at CIBC World Markets. Rashed served as the Director of Global Foreign Exchange, where they supported the FX Electronic Trading and eCommerce business. Rashed also oversaw portfolio management and risk assessment using valuation models. In addition, they worked as an Associate Director of Corporate Treasury and Risk Management IT, where they provided project management, business analysis, and automation/application support.

Overall, Rashed has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and project management throughout their career.

Rashed Ahmed has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Rashed also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from IBA, Dhaka University. Prior to that, Rashed obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Public Administration from Dhaka University. Furthermore, Rashed has achieved the certification of Claritas from the CFA Institute in November 2014.
