Kimberly Mitola, MSOL, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hartford HealthCare, overseeing both Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and the System Support Office and Institutes since February 2016. With a robust background in human resources, Kimberly has held various positions, including Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Human Resource Consulting Group, where support was provided for over 800 employees across multiple industries. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Accounts at Fathom and Director of HR at Kaestle Boos Associates, where Kimberly established foundational HR processes. At USPN, Inc., key responsibilities involved policy development and labor relations management. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a BGS in Human Services from the University of Connecticut, along with an Associate degree in Science from Red Rocks Community College.
