Elaine Crane, MSN, RN, is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in operational oversight within acute care and behavioral health settings. Currently serving as Nursing Manager at Hartford HealthCare since October 2022, Elaine manages financial, quality assurance, and safety risk operations. Previously, as Clinical Manager for Trinity Health Of New England-Johnson Memorial Hospital from August 2020 to October 2022, Elaine oversaw the adult inpatient behavioral health unit specializing in co-occurring disorders. From July 2005 to August 2020, Elaine held the position of Nurse Manager at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, supervising behavioral health inpatient units for both pediatric and adult populations and functioning as the primary charge nurse for the adult Dual Diagnosis Unit. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Springfield Technical Community College.
