Ryan Sullivan, CFP®, ChFC®, RCC has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Ryan initially worked at The Hartford for 16 years, where they led a team and served as a vice president in charge of marketing and internal consulting. During this time, they also traveled extensively as a sought-after speaker. Later, they founded Train 46 Communications, their own communications business, where they helped professionals improve their communication and leadership skills. After that, they worked as VP and Head of Investor Education at MoneyGuidePro, where they played a key role in launching a client-initiated financial planning tool. Currently, they are working as Vice President and Managing Director of Applied Insights at Hartford Funds, where they travel across the country as a speaker and subject matter expert on financial and longevity planning. Ryan is also actively involved in leading discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ryan Sullivan, CFP®, ChFC®, RCC, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University. Ryan also attended the Institute for European Studies, where they focused on International Business. In addition, Ryan has obtained numerous certifications in various fields. Ryan is a Certified Facilitator from TimeSlips, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board, and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College of Financial Services. Ryan also holds certifications as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College of Financial Services, a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor from the College for Financial Planning. Ryan has further obtained certifications as a FINRA Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA, as well as a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA. Lastly, they are a Registered Corporate Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™).
