Dan Beix, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Dan started their career in 1996 as a Human Resource Generalist at Honeywell - Advanced Circuits, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Human Resource Generalist at Lawson Software. Then, from 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Assurant Health. In 2004, they joined Gevity as a Human Resource Consultant, a role they held until 2008. Since 2008, they have been with Hartfiel Automation, first as a Human Resource Manager and currently as the Director of Organizational Development.
Dan Beix, SPHR, holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MAIR) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Saint John's University and a Bachelor's degree from the College of Saint Benedict, both of which they completed from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their education, Dan Beix also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
