Aaron Schmitz has a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in both internships and full-time roles. Aaron started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Applied Engineering, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at BD, before joining Garmin International as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in 2015. Aaron continued working at Garmin International as a full-time Mechanical Engineer from 2016 to 2022. More recently, Aaron joined Hartfiel Automation in 2022 as a Sales Engineer.

Aaron Schmitz received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines. Aaron studied there from 2011 to 2015.
