Mohd Mokhtar is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in utility and facility management. Currently serving as the Engineering Utility Manager at Hartalega since May 2021, Mohd has previously held significant roles, including Assistant Manager Utility & Facility cum Steam Engineer at Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd from September 2015 to April 2021, and Operation & Maintenance Engineer cum Steam Engineer at Biofuel Energy Resources Sdn Bhd. Contributions also include a mechanical maintenance role at GS Paperboard & Packaging Sdn Bhd and a mill engineering position at Sime Darby Plantation. Mohd holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia, completed in 2009, and possesses extensive experience in managing operations, maintenance of industrial systems, and implementing standard operating procedures.
