Lexy McCoy's work experience begins in 2010 as an Accounting Intern/Administrative Assistant at Llwellyn Lampley, CPA. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Service Industry Worker in various companies. In 2012, they served as an Office Administrative Manager at David Landscape Group, where they managed project expenses, payroll, contracts, and financial records. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Management Assistant at Aereon. In 2016, they joined AECOM as an Account Billing Specialist, handling complex invoices, managing a billing portfolio, and collaborating with internal and client resources. In 2019, they became an A/R Specialist at Twin Liquors until 2022. Currently, Lexy is a Project Accountant at Hart InterCivic, starting in 2022.

Lexy started their education at Round Rock High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Alexys "Lexy" attended Round Rock High School from 2006 to 2010.

After completing high school, Lexy enrolled at Austin Community College. Alexys "Lexy" pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2010 to 2016.

Following their time at Austin Community College, Lexy continued their education at the University of Phoenix. Alexys "Lexy" is currently studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management, starting in 2017 and expected to finish in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Lexy has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained a Financial Accounting: Foundations certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2020, they obtained an Influencing People certification from the University of Michigan. Earlier in their career, Lexy obtained a White Belt: Lean Six Sigma certification from AECOM in 2017.

Furthermore, Lexy received a Business Academy Graduate certification from Round Rock High School in 2006. Lastly, they obtained a TABC Seller/Server Certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in 2021.
