Adel Benazzouz has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Adel began their career as a Project Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa, followed by a role as an R&D Engineer at DuPont. In 2000, they became a Consultant Engineer at GE, and then a Development Engineer at Johnson Matthey in 2001. In 2007, they joined Alghanim Industries as a Corporate Strategy & Business Development Associate Consultant for the Building Materials Group. In 2008, they worked as a Corporate Business Development Manager Consultant at MABANI STEEL LLC. From 2009 to 2012, they were an Independant Regional Consultant and Manager of Business Development for the Middle East at WET (Design). In 2012, they worked as a Business Unit Director at STROC INDUSTRIE, and in 2013 they became the Founder and Managing Director of GAITS Industries. Finally, in 2022 they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Harrows Technologies Inc.

Adel Benazzouz received their MBA from HEC Paris in 2006. From 1996 to 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Additionally, from 1996 to 2000, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Drexel University.
