Phil Akerman currently serves as Headteacher at Harrow Beijing, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Phil Akerman was involved with St Paul's Way Trust School from September 2016 to September 2023, where Phil took on multiple leadership positions, including Executive Headteacher, Associate Headteacher, and Acting Headteacher. Before their tenure at St Paul's Way Trust School, Phil Akerman served as Deputy Head at St Paul's Way Trust School from June 2012 to June 2016 and as Assistant Head Teacher at Robert Clack School from July 2003 to June 2012.
