Tamara Membere is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the luxury retail and fashion sectors. Currently serving as Learning Manager at Harrods since May 2019, Tamara is responsible for the learning and development of staff, facilitating training in Beauty to uphold the company ethos. Previously, as Retail Manager at Harrods, Tamara focused on building high-performing teams and exceeding performance targets in luxury Beauty. In the role of Assistant Manager, Tamara supported the Senior Manager in leading the Beauty team to achieve sales KPIs for multiple brands. Prior to Harrods, Tamara co-founded Nellie Studio, a luxury fashion brand known for handcrafted outerwear and contemporary ready-to-wear. Tamara holds a Diploma of Education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Middlesex University.
