Jesse Woodman is a seasoned Learning Design Manager at Harrods, overseeing the development and delivery of a Digital Learning Strategy since September 2021. With a strong background in learning experience design from Christian Aid, Jesse enhanced global learning capabilities and utilized data-driven insights to optimize performance. Previous roles include Global Talent & Learning Support Officer and Global Talent and Learning Graduate, where Jesse focused on onboarding, digital learning solutions, and staff development.
