Gemma Curtiss is an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager currently employed at Harrods since September 2021, having previously served as a Reward and Benefits Partner. Prior to Harrods, Gemma was with Willis Towers Watson from October 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included supporting remuneration committees for FTSE 350 and FTSE Small Cap companies as a Senior Analyst and Executive Compensation Analyst. Gemma's earlier career at BT spanned from September 2016 to October 2019, starting as an HR Apprentice and advancing to a Reward Analyst role, focusing on the implementation and administration of rewards and benefits policies. Gemma began professional development in HR through a rotational apprenticeship program while also attending BPP University to achieve a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management. Initial work experience included roles in customer service at Brook House Pharmacy and Fish restaurant during academic studies.
