Garrett Keown is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Research & Development Chef at Harrods since December 2017, Garrett plays a crucial role in menu development and new openings within the Harrods restaurant portfolio. Previously, as Senior Head Chef of Restaurants at Harrods, Garrett managed multiple sites and led teams in maintaining high culinary standards while focusing on menu innovation and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes Head Chef at Tate Britain, where Garrett led four food outlets, and a significant tenure at The Bell Inn, contributing to its recognition as a top gastro pub in Great Britain. Garrett began the culinary career at Abode Hotels under Michelin-starred Chef Michael Caines and holds a degree in Food Science and Culinary Arts from London South Bank University.
