Establish best practices and oversee Project Management functions

Day to day oversight of the Project Management Team

  • Lead and manage team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to facilitate their professional growth and development
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow, and ensure timely, accurate and high-quality work product
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the department, ensuring that processes are efficient, goals are met, and quality standards are maintained
  • Ensure consistency in project management function across regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gather, analyze, and synthesize data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement

Fundraise Management and Product Planning

  • Manage firm's product pipeline/calendar and establish protocol for all product launches (funds, SMA's, new products, co-investments)
  • Work directly with the Global Head of Investor Relations, the Head of North American Investor Relations, and the Chief Marketing Officer to establish and manage best practices for the global sales team including:
  • Pipeline management meetings by region and client reps for all active fundraisers
  • Fundraise update meetings with Portfolio Management
  • Strategic account review discussions to develop coordinated plans for largest LPs
  • Quarterly review of all prospects by region to help identify gaps and where resources may be needed.
  • Enhance CRM functionality to maximize efficiency, transparency, and accountability
  • Establish ongoing transparency of day to day activity/productivity
  • Create key standardized reports including status reports/pipelines by product, to allow for uniform progress tracking throughout fundraise and LP roster by product
  • Develop "rules of the road" playbook for CRM users to establish responsibilities across functions and alignment on data capture
  • Liaise with legal/compliance on critical fundraising matters and reporting they require

Marketing Strategy

  • Create global marketing plan and roadshow strategy for each fundraise, based on demand assessment (in collaboration with sales team)
  • Create and manage all marketing and due diligence content for all fundraises and prospective LP presentations
  • Create benchmarking and competitor analysis for all funds and quarterly update process

Global Sales Team Partnership

  • Maximize impact of distribution team by optimizing resources and proactive assistance and collaboration on sales initiatives
  • Ensure best-in-class LP experience across life cycle (fundraising, onboarding, client service)
  • Conduct LP and market research to assist sales team in prospecting and meeting preparation
  • Create Product Champion resources for all strategies
  • Prepare Real Estate and Infrastructure Roundup to highlight noteworthy LP activity, competitor information and market updates
