Danielle Bork is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Harrison Pensa LLP since October 2021. In this role, Danielle conducts gap analyses to identify training opportunities, collaborates with subject matter experts to create training modules, and develops personalized and virtual onboarding programs for new hires. Previously, Danielle served as a Digital Curriculum and Design Developer at Western University, where responsibilities included designing learning modules for the Academic English Program and supporting instructors in delivering digitized content. Additionally, Danielle has extensive teaching experience, having worked as an English Trainer at Ecsplicite and Telelangue, and as an ESL Teacher at various educational institutions. Danielle holds a Master of Education in Post Secondary Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland, along with a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Western University.
