Felix Wiesner has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources management, coaching, and data processing. Felix started their career in 1990 at ABB AG, where they served as CFO, CHRO, and CIO for ABB Motors Germany, with responsibilities in corporate controlling and restructuring. In 1995, they joined Deloitte Consulting as COO for DTCG/ICS, where they played a key role in business development and growing the SAP Consultancy. In 2004, they became a certified consulting Saville Consulting at myEmployee. From 2005, they served as the managing partner for Harrison Assessments Int'l, where they developed the brand, business, and market for the company. In 2016, they worked as a senior lecturer at Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management. Most recently, since 2019, they have been the Director of Data Processing & Assessments at TEW - The Executive Way.

Felix Wiesner's education history includes attending the University of Cologne from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they obtained a Dipl. Kfm degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they pursued a second degree at the same university, earning a "Diplom" in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.

Apart from their formal education, Felix Wiesner has also obtained various certifications. These include the Lord of Glencoe certification from HIGHLAND TILES LTD in November 2022, Hucama certification from HUCAMA Group in March 2022, BIP - Bochumer Inventar certification from Hogrefe AG in February 2022, and MHFA Zertifizierung from MHFA Ersthelfer in February 2022.
