Cristina Calaguian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1993, they started their career as a Branch Manager and Certified Securities Representative at Connell Securities, where they recruited and developed a team, improved processes, and trained staff. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Team Leader and Stockbroker at ALL ASIA SECURITIES. At APS, from 2000 to 2003, they served as a Stockbroker and Certified Securities Representative, providing researched financial advice to clients. In 2003, they worked as a Financial Planning Consultant at Regent Investments, where they determined customers' financial needs and proposed solutions. In 2004, they joined Entree Canada as an Immigration Consultant, examining applications, interpreting laws, and counselling individuals and families seeking permanent residency. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Somji and Company, achieving consistent sales growth through customer acquisition, consultation, and market monitoring. Since 2011, they have been the Managing Director of Dagaz HR Consultancy and Recruitment Company, where they analyze operations, directs HR activities, and plans and implements policies and objectives. Cristina Calaguian completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas from 1987 to 1991.
