Shannon Barr is a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing virtual learning environments and learning management systems. Currently serving as the Manager of Virtual Learning Environments at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology since October 2018, Shannon has excelled in configuring LMS settings, designing system structures, analyzing impact changes, consulting with academic departments, and providing training for faculty, staff, and students. Previously, Shannon worked at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, first as an HR Associate and then as the Learning Management System Coordinator, where involvement included the selection and implementation of Cornerstone on Demand. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Technical Writing and Editing, from Salisbury University.
