Ratheesh Goud Karaboja is a manufacturing scientist specializing in downstream and upstream processing, currently employed at Kashiv BioSciences LLC since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing Assistant Manager at Jodas Expoim Pvt. Ltd., where expertise was developed in gene therapy purification, monoclonal antibody manufacturing, and facility establishment, and Senior Executive positions at Gland Pharma Limited and Virchow Biotech Pvt Ltd, focusing on CQV engineering and various bioprocessing technologies. Additionally, Ratheesh has held earlier roles at Venagro and Bharat Biotech, where proficiency in downstream processes and virus culture was cultivated, beginning with an internship at Bharat Biotech that provided foundational aseptic practices. Academically, Ratheesh is pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Harrisburg University and holds both a Master of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Osmania University.
