Chip Hitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community service and leadership. Currently enjoying retirement after 48 years, Chip previously served as Race Director for the Harrisburg Area YMCA, where collaboration with a dedicated team and over 400 volunteers facilitated the organization of five major races annually, benefiting the East Shore Harrisburg YMCA. Prior to this, Chip held the position of Director of Next Generation Ministry at The Bridge Church, overseeing children and youth programs for an average congregation size of 200-250. Additionally, Chip worked with the United States Postal Service for nearly 30 years as a Sales Service Associate and District Trainer, equipping employees with essential operational knowledge. Education includes participation in a Directed Study Program at Brethren in Christ of North America, alongside studies at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
