Chelstan Anderson II serves as the Executive Director of the Northern Dauphin County Branch at the Harrisburg Area YMCA since April 2007. With a strong background in Health, Wellness, and Fitness, Chelstan transitioned into the financial sector as a part-time Financial Sales Representative at Primerica from December 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities included life insurance sales, client relationship management, and conducting financial needs analyses. Chelstan consistently exceeded sales targets through a consultative approach, building a robust referral network to enhance policy sales. Chelstan holds a degree in Sports Administration from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2001 and 2006.
