Donna Wennerholt serves as the PA Key Professional Development Project Manager for Berks County Intermediate Unit #14 (BCIU) since October 2008, overseeing the professional development system for early care and education, including the Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) for instructors and consultants. Additionally, Donna has been an Adjunct Instructor at HACC since September 2007, teaching courses in Director's Credential and Health, Safety, and Nutrition. Donna obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teaching & Curriculum from Penn State University in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Individual and Family Studies, focusing on Infancy and Early Childhood, from Penn State University in 1982.
