Kathleen Kopnicky has over 28 years of experience at Harris Teeter Supermarkets, currently serving as IS Senior BA Product Owner since January 2016, focusing on IS Merchandising. Previously, Kathleen held various roles including Business Analyst II, where responsibilities encompassed notable projects such as POS, ACE Implementation, e-coupons, and loyalty programs, among others. Other positions included Business Analyst I, Quality Assurance Analyst, System Consultant, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager Trainer, showcasing a comprehensive background in both technical and management capacities. Kathleen completed education at South Piedmont Community College from 1997 to 1999.
