Kai Chapman is a Design Engineer at Harris & Sloan since June 2023, with ongoing studies as a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of California, Davis, since September 2020. Previous experience includes a Design Engineering Internship at RIX Industries, contributing to the DFM process for hydrogen power systems, engineering drawings, CAD modeling, MathCAD programming, and sourcing materials. Kai also served as a STEM Mentor at Santa Monica College, providing tutoring in Physics, Math, and Chemistry, and completed a Summer Internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory focusing on advanced energy conversion and photovoltaics. Additionally, Kai has a background in performance arts, having directed plays and served as an Ice Hockey Official. Educational credentials span several institutions, with emphasis on mechanical engineering and theater.
