Leandro Calçada has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Leandro started their career at Rhodia in 1996 as a Process Technician, responsible for auditing equipment and machinery and performing other tasks such as employee training and implementing corrective actions. In 1999, they joined Harris Products Group as a Quality Supervisor, where they oversaw quality control processes. In 2008, they became the Quality/EHS and R&D Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as establishing and maintaining management systems and dealing with various stakeholders. In 2011, Leandro was promoted to Engineering Manager, where they were involved in processes development and traveled to headquarters. Leandro later held positions as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Director of Consumable Operations before becoming the Vice President of Consumables & Brazing in September 2022. Leandro's work experience showcases their expertise in quality control, process development, and managerial roles within the manufacturing industry.
Leandro Calçada completed a post-graduate degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, during the period from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at FEI.
